MRS. CARL MAGNUSON PASSES AWAY AUGUST 24 Mrs. Carl Magnuson, 55, of Waterloo, Iowa, died Monday, August 24, 1964, at St Francis Hospital in Waterloo. Funeral services were held Wednesday, August 26, at the Parrott and Wood Funeral Home, Rev. George V. Brookover, intern pastor of St. Angers Lutheran Church, officiated. Burial was in Elmwood Park Cemetery in Waterloo.

Genevieve Beatrice Bobenmoyer was born August 11, 1909, at Manning, Iowa, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George and Lillian (Brent) Bobenmoyer. She came to the Coleridge vicinity with her parents and graduated from Coleridge High School with the class of 1926. She married Carl Magnuson of Wausa at Hartington in 1931. They have resided at Waterloo since 1937.

Survivors are her husband; two sons, LeRoy of La Porte City, Iowa, and James of Cedar Falls, Iowa; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Bobenmoyer of Gray, Iowa; two brothers, Lial of Manning, Iowa, and Jack, of Lake View, Iowa; and seven grandchildren.
