Florence A. Schelldorf was the daughter of George Peter Schelldorf and Emma A. Dau.

She was born March 1, 1904, in Manning, and died January 6, 1977, in Washington County, Oregon, with burial in the Manning Cemetery.

She married Theodore Rix and to that union was born a son Richard.
