Rites Saturday Far Mrs. Nagel

Funeral services will be at 2 p. m. Saturday at the Ohde Funeral home here for Mrs. William Nagel of Minot, North Dakota, the former Emma Ranniger of Manning, who died at a hospital in Minot Tuesday, June 19, 1951. Pastor John M. Ansorge will officiate.

Burial will be in the Manning Cemetery. Pallbearers will be nephews: Kenneth Farrell, Carroll; LaVerne and Lewis Gruhn, Manilla; Wilmer and Wayne Ranniger, and Ed Wegner, Manning.

Mrs. Nagel, 68, had spent about half of her life in Manning. She had been ill three months.

Emma Louise Ranniger was born October 25, 1882, at Grand Mound, Iowa. Her marriage took place at Manning in 1903.

Surviving with her husband are one daughter, Mrs. L.C. Lorch (Mayola), Harvey, North Dakota; one son, Herbert Nagel, Spokane, Washington; one grandson, Roger Lorch, and the following half-brothers and sisters: Julius and Louis Ranniger, Manning; Mrs. C.L. Farrell (Anna), Carroll; Mrs. August Gruhn (Minnie), Manilla, and Mrs. Louis Koester (Leona), Albert Leah, Minnesota. She was a sister-in-law of Herman Nagel of Manning.

Mrs. Nagel was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church at Minot. She had been active in civic affairs until her illness.
