STROKE IS FATAL TO MRS. ELLONA PRIEST An apoplectic stroke Tuesday night, June 23, 1931, resulted in the death of Mrs. Ellona E. (Dickinson) Priest, 79 year-old resident of Evergreen, Colorado. She was a resident of Denver for twenty years before moving to Evergreen.

She died on the ranch of Louis A. Krigbaum, her son-in-law.

She was born in Iowa, June 1851.

Mrs. Priest is survived by her husband, Silas, a rancher, and her daughter. Mrs. Ivah Krigbaum.

The body is in charge of the Howard Mortuary here. Funeral arrangements will be announced later.

Note: Silas Priest, her husband died in 1923, so the obit is in error.
Her body was cremated.
