Invalid 12 Years
She had been an invalid for 12 years, but during the
long hours alone while her husband and daughter were at work she acted as
office assistant and took business calls for her husband over the telephone,
which was at her bedside. She also turned out exquisite embroidery and fine
crocheted articles as gifts for her family and friends, besides making many other contributions to the family activities.
