Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Ohde Funeral home here for Mrs. Dora Rober, 78, who died at the Retreat hospital in Des Moines Wednesday morning, March 10, 1948.

Mrs. Rober was the widow of Gus Rober, who was a partner in the Rober-Wehrmann general store here for many years. Other partners were Ed Breckenridge, deceased, and Julius Wehrmann and O.J. Claussen, who live in Manning.

Following her husband's death, August 26, 1934, Mrs. Rober sold her home in Manning and spent some time with relatives in Omaha and later with sisters in Davenport.

She is survived by one brother, Adolph Rathjen, Davenport, and a number of nieces and nephews. She was born Dora Rathjen November 9, 1872, at Davenport, and is buried in the Manning Cemetery.
