Doris Voss Doris Jean Voss, 69, of Ames died of cancer Thursday, February 13, 1992, at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at St. Andrew's Lutheran Church in Ames, of which she was a member. Burial will be at the ISU Cemetery, Ames.

Mrs. Voss was born in Fort Dodge, September 9, 1922, daughter of Harry and Luella (Adamson) Peterson, and had lived in Ames since 1946. She was a homemaker and a member of Faculty Women's Club and Friends of Foreign Wives.

Survivors include her husband, Milo Voss; four sons, Charles of Des Moines, Richard of Iowa City, David of Tacoma, Washington, and Peter of Portland, Oregon; two daughters, Jean Voss of Ames and Susan Voss of Iowa City; nine grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Adams Funeral Home in Ames.
