Mrs. R. Robinson Dies Monday at Wyatt Hospital
Death Followed Serious Illness of 3 Weeks Rites Thursday
Mrs. Ray Robinson, 32, died Monday evening, March 30, 1942,
at the Wyatt Hospital, where she had been taken that morning. Her death, which
followed a serious illness of about three weeks, was caused by a sinus
infection. Funeral services are to be at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon at the
Ohde Funeral Home. Burial will be at the Manning Cemetery.
Mrs. Robinson, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Farrell, was born Delphia Farrell at Manning, February 1, 1910. She attended the Manning grade and high schools.
After her marriage, the couple lived in Audubon and Gray until February 1 of this year, when they moved to Manning.
Surviving with her husband are four children: Kenneth, Shirley, Elaine, and Donald; her parents: two brothers, Leonard and Warren Farrell, of Manning; three sisters; Mrs. Bert Olbertz (Bess) and Mrs. Elmer Fischer (Ruth) also of Manning, and Mrs. Dalton McNutt (Nellie) of Camp Dix, New Jersey.
Mrs. Robinson was a member of the Presbyterian Church.
