DAN McGRATH Dan Ratchford McGrath, 79, died in his sleep early Thursday morning, June 13, 1968, at his home in Manning.

Rites will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Ohde Funeral Home here, with burial in the Manning Cemetery. The Rev. Robert Rushing, pastor of the Presbyterian Church, will officiate. Friends may call at the funeral home atter 7 p.m. Thursday.

Mr. McGrath was employed by the Dultmeier Manufacturing Company before retiring several years ago. His wife, Marie (Moser), died December 29, 1966.

Surviving are four children, Ralph McGrath, Mrs. Arved (Mary) Stangl and Mrs. Ray (Helen) Pratt, Manning, and Robert McGrath of Downers Grove, Illinois; 13 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Marie Petersen, Sioux City.

Son of Daniel and Mary E. (Ratchford) McGrath, he was born June 8, 1889.
