Charles A. Scott Buried Today

Charles Arthur Scott, son of Thomas and Lydia (Hoover) Scott, was born November 9, 1889, and died at the St. Anthony hospital in Carroll at 9 p.m. May 27, 1951. He lived his entire life in Cameron Township, Audubon County, all but ten months of this time being spent on one farm. He was married to Grace Neitzel on March 14, 1911.

Mr. Scott was severely injured on Friday evening, when attacked by a bull in a field near his farm home.

Charles is survived by his wife, one son, Harold, and his wife, one brother, Ed of Bedford; one sister, Elvie; granddaughter, Diana Lee; niece and six nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.

Funeral services will be held at the Ohde Funeral home in Manning, at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 31, with Rev. W. Fay Ford, pastor of the Methodist Church of Gray in charge. Burial will be in the Cameron Township Cemetery.
