Charles Albert O'Gorman, 83, of Winnebago, Nebraska, died Tuesday, September 9, 1980, in a Sioux City hospital.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Augustine Catholic Church at Winnebago. The Rev. Michael Malone will officiate. Burial will be in St. Michaels Calvary Cemetery at South Sioux City, Nebraska, under direction of the Munderloh Funeral Home of Walthill. The rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. today in the church.
Mr. O'Gorman was born September 14, 1896, at Manning, Iowa.
He married Ruth Ross, May 21 1924, at Sioux City. They moved to Winnebago in 1913 where he farmed.
He was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church and was a past member of the South Sioux City Knights of Columbus.
Survivors include the widow; one son, Charles F. of Winnebago; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Horak of Winnebago, and Mrs. Frances McGuire of Sioux City; and three grandchildren.
