The funeral mass for Mrs. Caroline "Lena" Hansen McEnany, 67, of Long Beach was read there at St. Matthew's Catholic Church November 4, with interment in All Souls Catholic Cemetery, also at Long Beach. She died there November 2, 1967.

A daughter of Adolph and Kathrina Hansen, she was born March 15, 1900, in Warren Township, Carroll County. In 1902, the family moved to Templeton, and came to Manning in 1913. She lived here until moving to Long Beach in 1946. Her marriage to William McEnany took place in 1917. She was a member of Long Beach VFW Auxiliary. No. 279, and of various Catholic societies and groups of St. Matthew's parish in Long Beach.

Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Patrick McEnany, 301 Baltimore, Huntington Beach, California, 92648; and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband; a daughter, Jayne; a sister, Rose Miller; and two brothers, Fred and Henry.
