Boyd Arnold Sonksen Funeral services will be held at the Zion Lutheran Church at Manning Sunday for Boyd A. Sonksen, 64, retired farmer who died Thursday, February 3, 1949, at a Carroll hospital. Pastor William D. Kanning, of the Lincoln Township Church will officiate. Burial will be in Manning Cemetery.

Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Chris Albertsen and Mrs. Leona Deist, both of Audubon County; two sons, Dethlef Sonksen of Audubon County and Henry of Manning; two brothers, John and Jens Sonksen, both of Manning; and one sister, Mrs. Marie Rohr of Manning.

Son of Boy and Anna (Hansen) Soenksen, Boyd was born in Germany, July 4, 1884.
