Funeral rites for Mrs. Blanche E. Wiese, 81, of Manning, were to be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the Ohde Funeral Home in Manning, with burial in the Manning Cemetery.

Mrs. Wiese died Sunday, March 14, 1971, in a Carroll hospital.

Mrs. Wiese has served as president of the Iowa Federation of Woman's Clubs and was Federation treasurer for several years.

She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Ethel McKee of Montezuma, nieces and nephews.

Daughter of Daniel and Sarah (Webber) Gorsuch, she was born July 4, 1889. She was married to Albert Wiese in 1914.
