Electric Firm Official Dies
Mrs. Blanche E. Warren, 72, Sheraton-Warrior Motor Inn, widow of the founder and president of the Warren Electric Co. in Sioux City, died Monday, August 24, 1964, at a hospital after a long illness.

Mrs. Warren was vice president of the company.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Nelson-Berger North Side Funeral Home. The Rev. Curtis H. Lindahl, pastor of Mayflower Congregational Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be John Larsen, Elmer Seible, Merval Kennedy, Michael Carpenter, Dean Andersen, and Harold Thulin.

Mrs. Warren was born September 3, 1891, at Manning, Iowa.

She was married to George R. Warren in June 1913, at Des Moines. They moved to Sioux City in 1919. Mr. Warren died in 1957.

Mrs. Warren was a member of the Sioux City Country Club.

A memorial is being established in the American Cancer Society.

Survivors include four nieces and two nephews.
