Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. (Daylight Saving Time) at the Ohde Funeral Home in Manning, with burial in the Manning Cemetery.
Miss Rothfolk was born October 25, 1897 at New Holstein, Wisconsin, daughter of Peter and Emma (Meggers) Rothfolk. She attended school there and later taught school until her health failed. At the age of 22, she moved with her parents to a farm near Bagley, and in 1909, to Manning.
Following the deaths of her parents in 1947, she moved to the farm of her brother James near Manning, now farmed by a nephew, Norman Rothfolk. She had continued to live on the farm.
Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Estella Hinz, Denison, and Mrs. Johanna McWhirter, Phoenix, Arizona; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Ed and James Rothfolk, and another brother and sister in infancy.
