WESTSIDE - Anna C. Ostermeyer, 82, of rural Westside died Saturday, January 13, at St. Anthony Regional Hospital.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the United Church South in Westside with Rev. William Davis officiating. Burial will be in Hayes Township Cemetery South at Westside.

Organist will be Edna Rohwer. Reynold Gehlsen will sing "In the Garden" and "The Old Rugged Cross."

Pallbearers will be Gilmer Anthony, Randy Anthony, Larry Anthony, Allen Stribe, Royce Anthony and Lowell Stribe.

Friends may call at the Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Carroll after 7 p.m. Monday. The casket will be moved to the church at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday to lie in state until the time of the services.

Mrs. Ostermeyer was born June 25, 1896, on a farm five miles southeast of Westside. She was the daughter of Claus and Anna (Jahn) Anthony. Her marriage to John Ostermeyer took place November 7, 1923, at her parent's home. Mrs. Ostermeyer had made her home at the Carroll Health Center for eight months.

Mrs. Ostermeyer was a member of the United Church of Christ and the American Legion Auxiliary Alfred C. Rossman Post No. 196 at Westside.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. William (Mae Ann) Meredith of Westside; one niece, Mrs. W. (Eleanor) Jelgerhuis of Huron, South Dakota; two nephews, Gilmer and Louis Anthony of Denison.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three brothers and three sisters.
