Mrs. John Schelldorf and Mrs. Hans Wilken were called to Manning Thursday afternoon by the serious illness of their mother, Mrs. Jurgen "George" Ohde, Sr.

Mrs. Ohde passed away the afternoon of the same day. The funeral took place in Manning on Sunday afternoon. We join her many friends in expressing our most sincere sympathy.

Notes: Anna was born in Germany on January 5, 1849. She died January 15, 1925 in Manning…burial was in Manning Cemetery.

When Anna Marie (Everhart) Ohde was born on January 5, 1849, in Erfde, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany, her father, Christopher, was 41, and her mother, Racana, was 31.
She married Jurgen George Ohde in 1869 in Clinton, Iowa.
They had seven children in 13 years.
She died on January 15, 1925, in Manning, Iowa, at the age of 76, and was buried there.
