Hi Clark,
There are lots of Gruhns buried in the Manning Cemetery.
No Brost names.
3 Sporwien names --
Edna (no dates), Fredrich G. (October 20, 1841 - September 14, 1914) and Wilhelmine Gruhn (September 26, 1848 - March 28 1929)
You may also want to check the records for the Trinity Lutheran Church which is several miles southeast of Manning.
